I'm getting the TF700. Probably going to buy the usb ethernet adapter as well. In case mifi or a 3g dongle doesn't work for whatever reason I'll still have a way to connect to the internet.

Out of interest, where in the world are you? Are you able to get the tf700 tablet on its own where you are? I only ask given the time you post & that we can only get the dock & tablet combination together in the UK. As you are saying about the USB adapter, I am guessing you aren't getting the dock?

One final comment, the major reason to buy any transformer model is for the keyboard dock. After that, when you consider the tablet itself, Google's Nexus 10 (out now) & the Samsung Tab 3 10.1 which is strongly rumoured to be launched at MWC in less than a week have superior screens & specifications (granted the Nexus doesn't have a microSD slot) than the tf700.

The Nexus 10 has a better screen, double the RAM, will always get the fastest & "purest" android updates.
The Samsung will likely share the same specification as the Nexus 10 but with the added benefit of a microSD slot

Given that the Nexus 10 tablet is already cheaper than the tf700 & the Samsung will likely be cheaper or the same price, I am wondering why you would buy the tf700 if you aren't interested in the dock?

Yes, Mifi. Several companies sell a mifi device that acts as a portable hotspot. Some even will support 4G, though 4G coverage is very spotty.

I'm in Sweden. It's possible to get the tablet without the dock here but I wanted the dock so I bought them both today.

It will probably take a while for the Samsung Tab 3 to be released here and I'm moving in a few weeks to another country where I'm pretty sure it won't be released at all.

I'm glad you have something that you will be happy with

If you have the dock I doubt you will need to worry about too many adapters - that is the strength of the TF range, the keyboard dock opens up many different connective options.
