[GUIDE] Successful DIY TF300 Screen Replacement
So the other week I dropped my tablet. when I went to see if it could still work and it turns on just fine but the touch wasn't working anymore. I figured it was the digitizar so I replaced that and the screen. Figuring that it would fix the problem but it didn't. so my touch screen still doesn't work. Does anyone have any idea of what else i could do? I don't have my warranty anymore, and i am looking for the cheapest way to fix it. Would calibration work? If so could someone please explain how to do it. Please Help me!
Yes I have read that but I did not replace it my friend did, and the touch was not working to begin with even with the crack across the screen. and so its still not working after he "fixed" it. If this happened to you would you just take it in so best buy or where ever and just have them try and fix it or will they not help cause they weren't the one to fix the screen??
I doubt Best Buy could fix it.
Asus will, but they charge about as much to fix it as a new tablet.
thankz for your help
