Process com.google.process.gapps has stopped

All you have to do is go to Application Manager→All→Scroll down to the very bottom and you see that Download Manager is disabled you have to enable it and that fixes it worked for me

Got so frustrated with this I mothballed for two months. I appreciate everyone's time, but none of the suggestions have worked.

In fact I don't even have a "download manager" anywhere in my applications. I cross referenced my htc phone to make sure I wasn't blind, my phone clearly has it but I can't find it anywhere on my tablet. Watched the youtube video on this process and mine is not like that unfortunately. Maybe if I did that before I wiped it, idk, but not helping now.
