    Jelly Bean Root?

I have looked and looked and looked some more, and I can't find anything new about the tf300t w/JB being rooted. Has anyone read anything about it being done or done it themselves?

Yes. I've combed thru just about every corner of literature that exists on the subject, I think! lol I've tried everything, and it's always either that my commands aren't recognized as 'internal or external commands' or my tablet's inability to enter into recovery mode or flash a custom recovery of any kind that stops any kind of progress at all. I honestly have absolutely no idea where in the hell to go at this point.

Thanks for that link, I've been looking at a few different ways of rooting and they all confused me, that one looks straight forward.

I haven't done any rooting and installing custom roms myself so please let us know if it worked for you.

Remember, if you are installing CWM or another custom recovery, you will need to be unlocked. No unlocking require for just root though.
