    T300 Docking latch stuck

I bought my T300 with a dock on July 22, 2012. I used the pad without the keypad dock, except for one time, and it worked fine. I did not notice the the dock latch was stuck until I decided to use the keyboard today, it is stuck in the left position, so it works but it is loose. Is there any way to fix this latch? Is it safe to use the tablet with the dock in the unlocked position?

It probaly is still under warranty? However I am taking it on a trip next week so I have no time to wait for a replacement.

When you remove the tab from the dock the latch is always left, it will only move right when you place your tab back in the dock... hope that helps!
