Hi, I have run in to a similar problem with my TF300T.
I'm completely new to android modding and don't understand a word anyone is saying around here. It's VERY hard to find a noob-friendly guide anywhere, it's just all acronyms and gibberish that no one explains.
Anyways, I wanted to root my tablet and I was following the guide here How to Root Transformer TF300T on Official Jelly Bean ROM
I copied the root file to internal storage, but when I was in the recovery mode (vol down + power), I didn't understand where he's getting “wipe data factory reset” and then “wipe cache partition”. So, being an idiot I just chose the far right logo that wiped all user data. I don't mind losing anything on this tablet it's just games I can re-download.
So I get a message saying it's wiping data or something, then says "Please wait a few minutes." and then "Entering into recovery boot mode" or something, same screen and all. It was stuck on that for hours and didn't do anything. So I tried to reboot the tablet by just holding the power button, and now I am seeing the screen you are all seeing. But I can't turn it off, if I hold the power button it turns off, but then right back on to the same screen, I can't enter into recovery menu or anything.
Please help!

Been there, done that! LOL. I got myself out from a very similar situation.
Don't panic... not yet.
Can you guys put your tablets at fastboot mode?
Turn it on holding "volume down" and "Power" buttons for like 5 to 7 seconds do something to your tablet?

I gotta ask, did you hold volume down while powering it? It must be turned off before you do this. You actually turn it on holding volume down and power buttons, for some seconds.
Sorry, but I better be sure ;(

Is your tablet responding to ADB commands? Have you tried "adb reboot bootloader" to ckeck if it can force it's way into fastboot?
Is ADB connecting to your device? I don't remember but even when I got stuck on the Asus Logo, I got myself out of this mess.
Fastboot is not responding on ASUS Logo screen, right?
We need to make your tablet fastboot connectable.
