From what I know Adobe Flash Player is no longer supported by Adobe themselves and is no longer available. You might find a copy of the last available Flash Player apk out on the web somewhere though. To try and speed things up try a Cold Boot. You can search these forums for the instructions for a Cold Boot.

To Downgrade would require you to Unlock your device and that would void your warranty. The process is much more involved than just unlocking your device so don't do that till you have researched and gathered all the instructions and programs/files you will need.

Also, any Dolphin Browser beyond 8.5.1 will DISABLE Flash on JellyBean. Other browsers (Firefox Beta, Opera Mobile, Maxathon, Boat, Overskreen) still work with Flash on JB.

    Should help.

To answer the question in your thread title, it is not possible to go back to ICS without learning about rooting & flashing which will invalidate your warranty.

OK, I'm glad I found this. I mostly use Dolphin HD or Opera. And I noticed that Dolphin HD would NOT go to the desktop version since I updated. It's not going to use Flash.. I see. also, I had o open Chrome to see the video I came upon and clicked on while on Dolphin. I don't like this going all over.

I'm not sure about Opera. Does anyone know if it works on flash. It was pretty okay, but it seems buggy now..

    Thank you.

For what its worth, neither the newest version of Dolphin, nor Chrome support flash. Opera does, Boat does.
