Angry Asus unlock tool fails every time to unlock my device!!!

Whenever i try to unlock my device using the provided unlock tool by asus i get an
"An unknown error occurs, which maybe network connection issue please try again later"
I try again later... its been 3 weeks and I try every day at least 3-4 times and it fails sadly
    here is a screenshot http://i.imgur.com/EIexv.jpg
I contacted Asus Support via email and even they have no clue how to fix this,
reading a few forums i found its an issue with SN , but i have a serial number....
i cannot even update OTA , i have to manually download the update and do it every time
    any help would be appreciated!!!

I have resetted my device like 5-6 times in last three days
i'm on .30 build and rooted

any help would be really appreciated

    Is your tablet currently rooted?

I have heard users with issues unlocking a rooted device. If so, use OTA Rootkeeper from the Play Store to backup root, then unroot, then unlock.

Did you try doing it while standing on your head while riding an imaginary unicycle?

Honestly, I am not sure what to tell you. The only thing I can think of is to send it to Asus to have them put the stock image on it again and send it back.

Take a picture of the bar code on the box and send it. Be certain you take the picture with your dock, err I mean TF.

    Sorry not really that funny.

The label on the back of the OEM box that shows the device serial number and the model number.
