    transfer vacation dvd's

I am NO way as savvy as almost everyone on here. Still learning the ins and outs of the TF300. Do very well on PC with Windows. Here's my question, hope it's not too stupid. We've got lots of vacation dvd's. I copied the file from one, put it on a thumb drive and tried to play it and transfer it to my new TF300. No success! Please help me figure out how to do it. Hope it's fairly simple. Thanks for your help in advance.

I have found the best way to get DVD's on to my mobile devices is to use DVD Catalyst and convert them to .mp4. Then you can play them in many different players with no issues.

Thank you, my friend. I started searching and found several programs to perform the task. Should have looked before I asked. Thanks for the quick response.

Hey, Fred. Downloaded DVD Catalyst and am already putting my favorite vacation vids on the TF300. Works great AND it's free. Wow! Thanks, again.

I think the free version only does a portion of the videos to test it out. The full version is only $10.
