Go ahead and tap the icon , then when the box for the upgrade comes up tap on cancel . Also if you have the download for the downgrade on the internal SD card remove it .

I just set my "dreams" up to only run when plugged in! I haven't noticed any noticeable battery differences!

    Hi.

Is it possible to re-install the latest upgrade? I'd like to reset my tf300 without losing everything (if that's possible).

    Thanks,

    V

(I'm trying to think of ways to solve this problem:Wallpaper display problem)

I have successfully downgraded, and happily watched as my battery slowly (and normally) drained all the way down over the course of a day or so of usage, with no shutdowns or other issues. I mean it this time, I am not installing an Asus upgrade during it's first week EVER again. Thanks for the tip Wallydog.

Build version V10.6.1.15.3 should be available for all by now. The JP version was released first, but as of this morning, all version has been posted to our support site. The HDMI issue should be addressed via this update! The OTA update should come eventually, but if you can't wait, go ahead and download manually from the support site!

Regarding the new Build version V10.6.1.15.3.

Yes the HDMI issue is fixed!!!!

My ONLY one small complaint is that unlike before, when I use to watch and listen to my movies playing on my TF300 via HDMI, the tablet display stays on rather than going dark with only the TV screen displaying the movie. This will undoubtedly cause increased battery drain, but at least I can watch and listen to my movies again on a big screen.
