    I just found the middle icon to be the way to get the cold reset - however I don't understand why at the top of my screen, it says "key driver not found" - anybody know what this means?

    same thing happened to me. I've done the hold volume down plus power button, still get the red triangle with an exclamation mark.

    Did you select the android button. You will get the red triangle if you select the "RCK" button in the bootloader

    I think Asus messed things up a little.
    Let me explain.
    To do a cold-boot with a powered-off device you have to press the volume-down key + the power key till three icons show up on the screen.
    Then you have to select the middle icon with the volume-up key and confirm your selection with the volume-down key.

    The problem most people (me included) have is that they hold down the volume-down key longer then the power button and thus selecting the RCK icon whitch gives the red triangle whith exclamation mark.

    Asus should have reversed the actions of the volume-up and down keys.
    A mind is like a parachute, it works best when open.
