is it bad if you charge for 8+ hours

i usually go to sleep at 10 pm and wake up at 7am and i charge before i sleep,
so that's 9 hours of charging, is this bad? it usually fully charged in about only 2 and a half hours.

sometimes on weekends i wake up at 12 pm so that's like i charge it for 14 hours, i'm wondering if i'm destroying the battery

The battery charging system is regulated, so being a sleepy head is incorporated in the ASUS design.

Short answer to your question - NO
Longer answer - NO, it's fine
Technical answer - the battery charger & the TF are intelligent - when the battery is charged, the charging stops. You cannot overcharge your battery whether you leave it charging for 8 hours or 80 hours.

Now please, go back to sleep & when you wake up - stop worrying so much...
