Well I have a C40 model and posted the last firmware upgrade and have had no issues whatsoever with mine thus far after several months. Odd I didn't get any push notifications on this, but saw the thread and did a manual check for upgrade and there it was. Did OTA upgrade just now and all went smooth thus far. I believe these firmware upgrades are a precursor to the 4.2 JB roll out. We'll see. Now to put it through some paces and see if I notice anything. I have noticed something right off though. The stock browser which was doing fairly well to begin with is now loading what I'd call lightning fast in comparison after testing several websites and have it set to load in desktop view. Overall the tablet seems noticeably faster. I checked several other apps and all seems well and in general I see an overall performance increase on my end. I also did a speed test and saw a noticeable increase there, but not sure it is related to the upgrade. Saw no notes or documentation on it etc however I see a significant performance increase. Time will tell and again see this as a precursor to rolling out JB 4.2 I'll spend today running it through the paces and report back if any issues and/or further positive findings...

I'm waiting your report before flashing it
Before I go on JB, what do I "lost" ?
I heard people say that we can root tf300t with ICS without unlocking the tab; is it the only advantage ? Or will I regret to go on JB ?
Thank you
Oh and yes, does this build make reboots if we always have microSD in the tab ?

Well been putting it through the paces. Besides the things I mentioned in my earlier post I'v seen a faster boot up. That is once booted my wi-fi connects instantly whereas before it took as few seconds. I also run a Battery Widget/app and few other things that took a few seconds to load on boot and they now load almost instantly. What's weird is many have had the reboot issue, many with the C40's and I've never had that issue. Makes me wonder if it was due to earlier firmware versions out before I got mine? Mine was upgraded to JB factory fresh with nothing on it and then followed not long after with the last firmware upgrade before this that I had originally posted. So far I do see a lot of improvement on mine. We'll give it some time and see, but thus far I'm pleased with this release.

One thing I've been noticing...Since the JellyBean upgrade and not fixed yet is that my mail which is set up properly to chack every 1/2 hour nolonger checks automatically in the background as it did when I first got my 300.
I need t do a manual check before I get message numbers on the desktop icon.
This new upgrade has not changed that.
My boot time has dfinitely sped up.

My C50K.... generation TF300T has now gone 40 hours without the frequent spontaneous reboots that have plagued me and many others since JB. This clean performance was verified with Reboot Logger and by inspection of battery history (whose time base is not always accurate.) Happy Camper I !!!

You are correct.
There's a tiny but important ommision in the thread title. We're talking here about the firmware update for the TF300T

My C40 tf300t has always had reboot problems. After this update, no more have occurred. Finally have a working tablet! Yay Asus!

Hi all first post on here, I have been a long time lerker. I have had my TF300t since the end of May during which time I have up graded quiet a few times. I have never had a problem with random reboots.
I would say the latest upgrade has speeded up tasks , I do however, still get the ocaisional lag using the browser.
