Power saving Mode - How do I get it to be the default?

Oh wise and all powerful forum.

This question has probably been askede before but I can't find it anywhere so excuse my asking again

On my TF300, can I set up the power mode to default to "Power Saving" on startup? If so, how?

I appreciate that it's only a couple of steps to doing it manually, but I keep forgetting!

    Thanks for your time

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately it doesn't seem to be that simple.

First off my operating system doesn't have the "Power" selection, the wording is slightly different.

Second the selection does not default back the next time the tablet is switched on, which was what I was trying to achieve.

    Am I doing it wrong?

No. I am also trying to find out how to stay in power saving mode as default so when you turn off and turn on again you are in power saving mode.

Hope someone knows and tells us how to do it.

    Thanks

Hey guys, many TF users around here use Auto Airplane Mode by Don, that you can get free from the Play store. I think it will accomplish what you are trying to do!

I tried the performance thingy but the selection does not stick for me. If I restart my TF300 it defaults back to balanced mode.

Halfwaytree, I'm feeling ignored, so what do you think about my suggestion of installing the stable Auto Airplane Mode, a proven battery saver?

Go to Settings >Powersaver >Enable low battery saver settings >Set low battery level at 100 % > Set system performance to Power saving mode .
