Sent the tablet in at my expense. USPS confirmed delivery at 12:02pm today; as of 10:28 the link provided by our ASUS RMA email indicated that it hadn't been received. I called the service center and they determined that they had in fact received the tablet, and informed me that it will be 10-14 business days until I get my response.
I'm really hoping that they're just under-promising so they can over-perform with that timeframe quote. I'll probably call again in a couple of days if I haven't heard anything. So far, I'm a little disappointed in their customer service, but I'm willing to let this play out a little before I get upset.
Has anyone else dealt with the cracked screen? How was the experience?
