Angry Unlocked tf300t stuck at ASUS screen - installing Cyanogenmod 10.0

I have unlocked my TF300t and installed the TWRP bootloader and I am trying to install Cyanogenmod 10.0 stable. Whenever I flash the ROM and reboot, the tablet gets stuck at the ASUS logo.

Once I restore back to the stock rom (I made a backup in TWRP), it works just fine.

I've also tried the Jellybean 10.1 Cyanogenmod with the same results.

    I have cleared Cache etc.

Any suggestions on how to get this to work? The stock ASUS firmware (I'm running 4.2.1 by the way) is poor!!

    Welcome to the forum!

Did you do a factory reset in TWRP before flashing the CM10 ROM?

Here is how I flash (when it is a new style of ROM):

    Backup
    Wipe Cache
    Wipe Davlik Cache
    Wipe System
    Factory Reset
    Install ROM
    (optional) Install GAPPS
    (optional) Install custom kernel
    Wipe Cache
    Wipe Davlik

    Reboot.

    Hi there

I did near enough that and it still does the same. :-(

Are you running the same device with ASUS Jelly Bean Android on (or was ASUS Jelly Bean previously installed)?

    Thanks though!

Can anyone help me? I'm stuck unable to update to the latest ASUS software version or do a factory reset of the ASUS firmware (which I need to do).

Can anyone advise on how to restore to the factory bootloader so that the tablet is as new??

CM10 is not compatible with JB 4.2 Bootloader just yet, that is why you get stuck at Asus logo.

You can either wait for the devs to finish the CM10 for 4.2 or you can downgrade your tablet to 4.1 (then CM10 works) or you can install an Unofficial ROM with CM10 like this one: [ROM][4.2.2][CyanogenMod 10.1 Unofficial][TF300T(G) with BL 4.2][2013-05-09] - xda-developers
