I just updated to 4.1.1 and appear to have lost root. RootKeeper doesn't have the typical button to restore like it has in the past updates. Anyone have any ideas?

Well if you manually installed the update by dowloading it from the website, then OTA Rootkeeper will not work. I am not sure if there is an active exploit or not to regain root under 4.1.1. There used to be a method to downgrade to ICS and re-root but I am not 100% sure if it worked with the TF300. I used it once with my TF700. Have you checked on XDA to see what options are being talked about there?
