    Screen keeps rotating upside down

    Hello guys,

Im new here and i registered because I have a difficult problem with an ASUS Transformer T100HA

I reinstalled Windows 10 64bit, downloaded the drivers but it doesn't want to install them, went to device manager and installed them manually because the installed would always fail.

That worked fine but now the screen is always upside down, it rotates as you move it but always upside down.

The strange thing is that the actual touch screen rotates in the right way.

There are some Invensense G-sensor drivers for the sensors but they wont install.

When I open the Intel graphics management I can change the rotation to the correct one but as soon as I touch the touch screen or click with an external mouse the screen will go back upside down.

Any help would be very appreciated

    Regards

Hi Trashote, allow us to apologize for the troubles. Please try to install this driver first then test the Invensense G-Sensor driver once more.

Hello and thank you for your interest in my troubles

I messed up too many things to I just went and reinstalled the OS again, installed the SOC drivers manually as the installer always comes up with an error ( both versions 102 and 103) and I installed the ATK package that you recommended.

It still won't install the Invensense G-Sensor driver, here is a screenshot of the device manager (sorry it's in Spanish but I think you can guess what it means)

The hardware ID's for the missing devices are the following: (From top to bottom)

    ACPI\VEN_10EC&DEV_3270&SUBSYS_104314FF

    ACPI\VEN_BCM&DEV_2E72

Any help would be very appreciated

    Welcome

    Welcome to the forum

I have to ask, did you:
Click on Windows icon (bottom left)
    Select Settings (gear icon)
    Select System
    It should open at Display
Under Orientation does it say Landscape (flipped) or Portrait (flipped)

I recommend you select Landscape from the dropdown menu then click Apply
If Landscape is already selected I recommend you select Portrait then Apply then select Landscape then Apply again. Sometimes settings can get 'stuck' in the registry and toggling the setting is enough to get it 'un-stuck'

    Good luck
