    sound problem ......need the help

    hello ,
    after upgrading the win 8.1..... to win 10 its happened ,no sound i tried out to reinstall many drivers for win 10 , 8.1 but still the same , what to do now

    I suggest you start again with a fresh clean install of W10. Follow the guide in the W10 section where your thread now resides.

    Hi, allow us to apologize for the inconvenience caused with your audio not working. Please send us an email to socialsupportus@asus.com with your serial number and your version of Windows 10. Such as if it's x86 or x64. Refer to this Case#: N170404907 when you send the email.
