T100TAF, Win 8.1 updated to W10, Bios v 206. I am having trouble with the battery draining over night. Dead in the morning and it takes me about 12 hrs to recharge it. The present fix is to just leave the keyboard detached. The battery seems to last several days before it is discharged. I expect the on screen keyboard to show when disconnected from the tablet, but once I plug it back in, the on screen keyboard keeps showing on the screen. This is annoying especially when I start typing on the hard keyboard and the on screen one show's up.
1). Is there a setting to not show the on screen keyboard when docked with the keyboard?
2.) Would updating the bios to version 300, 2016/8/25 help the situation.
Assume I need Windows BIOS Flash Utility 2015/10/22

TX for the info. My setting was off. Made some headway, #1 turned all my background apps off. I see no problems in performance with this. #2 Placed small circular velcro pads on the upper corners to prevent the lid from closing all the way in the event a key was being pushed. Now about 3+ days between charge.
