Two recovery partitions after Win10 upgrade

After upgrading to Windows 10 My T100TA now has two recovery partitions. One with 700MB is right next to the 100MB EFI System partition. The other recovery partition with 449MB is at the end of the "disk". Is there any use of these two partitions? If not, how can I put them back into c:? My T100TA has only total 32GB. Any storage space is valuable ;-)

I think I have the same result with respect to the recovery partitions. I'll have to check when I get home. I had the 100mb and 700mb before the upgrade, I think. I had previously deleted the 8 gb Asus recovery partition that was on my refurbed T100TA. Not sure what the 700mb one is but I left it. The 449 mb at the end apparently is WinRE:

I bet the other recovery partition with 449MB at the end of the disk is also next to C: drive. is that correct?
the 700MB recovery partition is created when installing the Windows before windows 10, so it should be nonfunctional after upgrading to Windows 10. when upgrading to Windows 10, the upgrade program create a 449 MB recovery partition detecting the recovery partition has insufficient space. the 449MB recovery partition is for Windows recovery options. if you want to use recovery option, you cannot delete it, but you can delete the one with 700MB in size.

AEOMI Partition Assistant will not work with an eMMC drive. MiniTool Partition Wizard is the only one that will, at this time.
