T100TAM-Power + F9 Key Issue after upgrading to windows 10

Hi, new to the forum and have an issue with my T100TAM.

The T100TAM has been upgraded to windows 10 (Clean installation) and the original hidden 8GB recovery partition was reclaimed. Now if I hit F9 key while powering on, the machine will display messages:
Your PC/Device needs to be repaired, a required device isn't connected... Error Code: 0x0000225...

After that, the machine can't be boot to windows and always display same messages. Tried repairing using windows 10 usb key but no luck. It has to be re-installed.

Anyone here experienced the similar situation? Thanks.

F9 is trying to find the 8GB Recovery Partition which no longer exists.
It sounds like it's now stuck in the recovery loop from when you first hit F9.

    ESC: Boot device selection menu
DEL: Boot into BIOS Setup (same as F2)
    F2: Boot into BIOS Setup
F9: Boot into windows recovery mode
Vol Down: Boot Device Selection Menu

    1. Insert the installation USB and boot Windows 10 from it.
    2. In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’ and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.
    3. Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.
    4. Click on ‘Advanced options’ and select ‘System Restore’ and select the operating system.
    5. You may also try performing automatic repair and check.
