reloading Kitkat 4.4.4

after the calendar debarkle I have restored to factory settings, went back to the old JellyBean 4.2.
How do I reload Kitkat 4.4.4 that I had already, got onto Asus support, what a joke, guy could hardly be understood but finally told me to get on to Android Support. Cant find any way to contact them, any ideas.??? Please

The only way you would have had android 4.4 KitKat would be through custom ROMs. I highly doubt that you were running one of these or else you would not be able to factory reset to the Asus 4.2 firmware.
