I am using ASUS Fonepad ME372CG tab. In this android 4.2.2 version is installed. Due to some reason i want to reinstall the software/android OS. By which software i can re install the OS officially? Which software is used to update/reinstall software for ASUS like SONY has "SUS".

You will need to go to the Asus Support Site and download the OS for your device. Asus will ask for your model and and ten take you to the download page.
You don't need any software like "SUS", once you have the .RAW file from Asus website, you put the file on your sd card then boot fonepad into bootloader menu and choose "SD card update" option.
