I don't know how to do it, but there is "miracast" in the tablet
I think that if it does work that'll be in Win 8.1 as that's part of the 'package'. Obviously can't confirm that until ASUS release drivers that'll solve the screenoff/sleep issues. Some sellers advertise the unit with Intel WIDI support, which supports the miracast standard, not sure if that's talking about the pad, the PC or both....
There is a new driver update from intel on the road. this fixes the sleep issue and adds the WiDi Feature. see here:

I have tried the miracast option on the android part of trio , works great ! I bought a device to attach to my non widi ready samsung d6000 series NETGEAR Connected Entertainment (70 euros)
I did not get the windows widi to work yet.....
will update later
