TF101 With ICS - Problem with IPhone 4 Bluetooth

I have TF101 running ICS. I switch on Bluetooth. Switch on Bluetooth on my Iphone and I get the message on both the TF101 and IPhone that it wants to pair with the same code. I press Pair and the TF101 sees my Iphone and has it on the list of Devices.

However on the IPhone it shows Transformer as a Device but says its not connected. And Discovery operation seems to continue. Usually then get message that Iphone not in range or switched off

Anyone who has this comination ?. Any help, guidance or it will never work answer will be appreciated.

Yes, this has been reported before. Seems to be an Apple BT issue. I connect to my iPhone 4 via WIFI and it works fine. Give it a go.....

Yes I connect via WiFi and normally can tether to my Iphone quite easily.

However I was under the impression that if I cannot get a WiFi signal - I could still connect to the Internet using Bluetooth and the 3G capability. Maybe I am wrong.

Alan you can tether to your iPhone and use 3G. I do it all the time
