Bluetooth mouse problem

I bought the MS Bluetooth notebook mouse 5000 for my TF 101 as I read somewhere that it was working with my device.

Afetr activation Bluetooth onmy TF101, I did everything that has to be done (did it 5-6 times, as a matter of fact) but while it recognizes the mouse, it always says that it's not conneced.

Before i return the %?&*& thing to BestBuy, can anyone offer any insight ?

Mine works fine, so lets see if we can sort it out OK?

Does it say it is paired but not connected on the TFP?

Make sure Bluetooth is switched on the TFP, as paired device still show up even if Bluetooth is switched off.

If so, switch off the mouse with the switch underneath, then switch it on again.

You should see on the TFP that it connects and works fine.

It may take a few seconds to connect though, so be patient, 30 seconds max?

I guess the first 5-6 times, I didn't wait 30 seconds. This time, it didn't even take 2 seconds before it was connected.
