COVID anxiety
Hello,
Recently, I got my vaccines and there were nights when I hear ringing on my hears. Do you experience the same? I'm worried that it may affect me permanently. I got stressed too with the news about increasing COVID cases, it gives me panic attack. Hope you can give me suggestions on how to overcome this anxiety. Thank you.

Stay away from television as much as possible and learn to gather support from your friends and family. Try to engage on relaxing activities also like reading, biking or exercising.

Indeed, so many conspiracies also roaming the social media like its the end of the world and soon, we will turn into a zombie. However, I bumped on a news in CDC stating that one of the developers of the vaccines is resigning. Oh my, have you thought why?

Thank you for your sweet suggestions. Yesterday, I tried to exercise and made me feel good for a little time. However, I'm still experiencing panic attacks. This fear is something so hard to let go. How can you do it? How can you face covid without fear?
