    Lose dock connection after dropping

Hello all. I have a T100TA and after dropping, the only way the keyboard will connect is if I pull down on the tablet real hard on the top right edge, then it works fine as long as I keep holding it there. When I let go, keyboard disconnects. I borrowed a keyboard from a friend and same problem, so obviously have a lose connection within the tablet. Anyone resolve this problem? I was hoping someone could guide me to a likely spot to resolder. I looked closely, and the connections are VERY small & tight. My plan would be to resolder as many pins and tracks that I could get to, but my fear is shorting out something without realizing it and destroy the tablet, that does work just fine now.. Any thoughts?

    THANKS!!!!

Not a great solution but maybe an external KB like Bluetooth or Logitech.

Yea, Bluetooth is an option, but won't help my lazy butt while sitting in my recliner. But thanks for responding... Think I'll just be cracking it open and start ohming out tracks. It's easy enough to open, as I've already replaced the battery. Friendly tip: If you ever go the battery replacement route, I can't recommend the generic "deals". That's what I did to save $$, but battery is a bit of a disappointment. Not holding a great charge, no where near what you'd expect from a new one.

    Thanks again!
