Unable to Hard Reset and Reboot

Transformer started rebooting itself after 2 weeks of use. After a couple of hours it then just got to a loop where it would not even finish startup. Tried hard reset and now it appears it cannot even find the Android files. Any ideas? Plan to exchange when I get back to town on Tuesday if I can't get it running. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum. Here are the directions for the hard reset just in case you may have not been sure how to do it. Also if this doesn't help you can always do a Factory Reset just be aware that the Factory Reset will erase everything on the Transformer and make it like new again.

    Hard Reset:
Unplug the power cord and shut the unit off and Press and Hold the power button and the "Down" volume button together until after the normal start up screen appears and is joined by some small print at the top of the screen then let them both go. After a few seconds you should see a couple of shapes in the middle of the screen called "Wipe Data" and "Android". Wait a few more seconds until the term "Cold Boot" appears in the list near the top of the screens and just press and release the "Down" volume button again and let it reboot. If you own the dock be sure and do this with the dock connected.
    Current Devices:
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition - Dell Venue 11 Pro Bay Trail (On Order) - LG Optimus G Pro

It seems that several people have had this very same problem. Sure hope someone figures out why it's happening. There must be something specific causing it.
