    hi and thanks

    hi folks

i bought a t100taf off the microsoft store for 200 bucks
i've used eee pc's ,pocket pc's ,ipads, nexuses, kindleses, and chromebooks
the t100 is a tremendous value compared to all those as it is a real computer running a real os

so here i am day before christmas new computer and its a no go
blinking orange light no charge doa...
so i'm like wicked disappointed, i can return it but its outta stock so no replacement

so i find these forums and do some searchin
seems you can pop the back off with a guitar pick and check the battery connector
well i'm pretty good with a guitar pick so i'll give it a go
sure enough battery connector is hangin off
pop it back in and it charges and runs like a champ
still gotta figure out the power management battery drain issues
but i'm sure there's plenty of info here

    thanks for the help
