If app2sd can not use on android 3.2 why we need more memory.

App2SD is not supported by Honeycomb, not just 3.2. I have a 16 GB TF and lots of apps (150+), and I am only using 2 GB of apps of internal storage. I keep my media on a microSD card and do not have any worries about ever running out of space.

How to move app to my 16G memory,since app2sd can not work on android 3.2,so now I can only put my app on my 1G memory.

All apps install to the internal memory. Some apps allow to store data to the external storage devices. Is that what your question is?
