i got my wifi connect and it ask me do you want to upgrade i type ok thinking this must be jellybean well it never finish loading , so my question is how do i find my OS to see if i have jellybean or still ICS? i sure can use answer thank you

go to settings>about and it should be in there under android version or something like that. ICS will be 4.0.3 and jellybean will be 4.1.something.
If it is the download that did not finish loading you can try rebooting the tablet, that will usually prompt the tablet to re-download the update, if that doesn't work, clearing the data and force stopping cmclient and dmclient should help.

Welcome Mitchell, my Jelly Bean update 'hung' as well -- and as bfmetcalf suggested, I did the re-start....and it 'hung' again. I think many people were getting stuck at %99 or something. Clearing DM & CM Clients will usually sort that out, allows your tablet to check for updates again. To clear them, hit Settings/Apps and scroll across to all....look down for CM & DM Clients, hit force stop/clear data/clear cache(s) on both of them...the restart your machine. You can then go to Settings/About Tablet & use the 'check for system update' option to have a look. The current (Jelly Belly) version is 4.1.1. Let us know how things go...
