Got Curious

Always used windows machines. Bought an IPhone and got curious about tablets and bought an Ipad.
Got annoyed by the IPad and bought this 700. Now being annoyed further. I need to get past the learning curve. Downloads of images and music are unclear and the flash issue still appears, just in a different form. Looking forward to familiarity.

Welcome Ice54, when you save images/music...pretty much anything, the file you're saving goes to your 'download' folder. The path there will be sdcard/download. The internal storage is called 'sdcard'...not to be confused with 'micro sd...or external sd' that you'll get when a memory card is inserted. If you press & hold to save a picture, it will then go into sdcard/download. You can open your stock File Manger and there is a shortcut to Downloads at the bottom. Also, you may find installing another file manager -- like ES File Explorer -- makes moving things around alot easier. (ie. you can press and hold files on your tablet to get a pop up window with more options, much like a right click in Winda's.) That really helps moving files around, there are 'copy to' and 'move to' options available. Say you've saved half a dozen eejit~songs in your download folder and want to move them to eejits`music...you can select them all, and with the 'move to' function you can fire them off to one place. As mentioned, have a look through some of the links in that Master Help Guide. Flash is no longer being supported, but you can still install it on your tablet...steps for that are here. Keep in mind that not all browsers support Flash though, your favourite may not work. Boat Browser floats with Flash.
