power charger and plug don't fit.

Received Transformer yesterday and in the time I had to play with it got to love it. However the power charger and power plug don't fit and I have no way to charge it properly. May have been sent faulty parts and await word from supplier about this. Anyone else had this problem?

That seems strange... Can you take a pic of the charger and post it here?

I too got the same problem and sent my gear back to amazon for replacement. But the replacement too is not a tight fit and get loose itself.

Welcome. Are you sure you're plugging it to the right port?

hi, i got my ee pad at Christmas and found the two wire prongs on the plug fitting very loose and could not charge. I jiggled it around and finally it works but very hit and miss. It is a shame as the pad is beautiful but the plug is poor build/fit.
