Goto browser settings> Advanced (3 squares top right), Make sure that allow javascript is checked. That may help!

Also Do a cold boot, Shut down/power off your tab (Not sleep mode!) Hold volume down+power button at te same time. You will see white text on screen release both buttons & your tab will reset...

Thanks! I tried the Cold Boot first. It didn't work. And I don't seem to have the option to turn on Java. I don't use the stock Browser much. I use xScope. I went into xScopes settings and it doesn't have that choice. When I go to the stock Browser, the 3 little squares in top right don't show up. If you meant to go into the regular settings, I did, and clicked the 3 little squares, then Advanced. The choices were: Network Notification; Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep; MAC address; IP address. No box to check if I wanted to enable Javascript.

Does this happen when using the stock browser?, If not i would say its xscopes that is the problem. Just my opinion of course...

Just paid a visit to the app store, Took a look at xscope & it says that it supports flash. Flashplayer is no longer supported under JB & was almost certainly removed when you updated, This accounts for the poor loading times of web pages. However all is not lost, You can re-install it by (googling) Flashplayer 11.1 apk.

Download the file to your tf, Once the download is complete goto your homescreen & tap the six squares(top right corner) This opens your app drawer. Find the folder
named download open it & you will find flashplayer 11.1 apk, Tap the file & follow the prompts to install...

Ok, I found out how to get into stock browser and I made sure Javascript was enabled. Did't help. (but now I know how to get there! ) Went back to xScope and I'm still looking....Ok, tried everything and everywhere i knew to find a settings for this, but no such.
the message says Java is in editing mode....java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: InEditingMode
What does that mean? And is anyone else having this message?

    Sireenith, Read post #6!

Not having flashplayer installed could be the reason for the Java error messages, Although i can`t see how. Either way you still need flash as most browsers use it...

Just one more thing, Goto settings> Security> & tick the box Allow Unknown sources. otherwise you won`t be able to download 3rd party apps...

    Thanks!! Will try now!

I uninstallsd an older version of xScope Pro, and Adobe Flash too.(Cleaned up a bit)And then I downloaded the newest versionof xScope from the market. When I did, it automatically told me that it no longer supported Flash, but asked me if I wanted to have it, and from where i wanted to download it from! I went to Adobe(always go to the original source) and everything works GREAT!!
Thank you for being so patient with me! I'm Dyslexic and Dysgraphic and it is always a challange for me to figure these things out!
