    Jellybean is a disaster

It's raining complaints and horrorstories lately concerning the roll out of Jellybean.
Too many Transformer users suffer from issues, malfunctions and even tablets that no longer function properly at all!
Some are even asking how to downgrade or 'roll back' to ICS.

The conclusion is obvious: Jellybean is a miserable failure; a disaster. Worse that the worst virus or malware.

I own a smooth running TF101 with ICS. I sincerely hope that Jellybean will never knock on my door. If it does, I won't open.

I've been running it care of AOSP for a while, and it turned my 101 into a new machine. It compares favourably with my asus nexus 7 , with the exception of butter.

Let's see...ICS and Honeycomb were disasters also using those standards , so the point is?

Personally I think JB is fabulous and every one of my customers has upgraded and without any problems. I only have one complaint with one of the new "features" but I'll get over it.

    Moving the thread to JB.

I have been running JB for about a month now and never been more pleased. I think the issues you read about are those caused by the user. I have read countless threads of those complaining about apps that no longer work only to find that the apps they are complaining about are not JB optimized.

I think JB is a huge success thus far. Yes, there are some issues with some upgrades, but I know some people who their iPhone 4 and 4S completely bricked (Genius Bar could not revive them) when upgrading to iOS6. Does that mean iOS6 is a complete failure and you should stick with iOS 5? Perhaps, but I upgraded to iOS6 and have no complaints. Same with JellyBean. Been running it for over 2 months, only complaints I had were driver issues for GPS and keyboard dock at first. Those have been worked out on the ROM I am running.

I like JB due to awesome transitions effects, smoothness of apps, gmail no longer freezes up and my videos no longer stop and kick me out. So I'm happy with it also.

Ditto here too. This has been the smoothest transition of them all. The ICS update WAS the "disaster". But after time once all the apps got reprogrammed to operate with ICS, it turned out to be very good. And for the very, very few who are having some problems with Jelly Bean, it will also smooth out as well once all the apps get caught up.

But for me, I can't believe how smoothly this update went on my Infinity. Everything thus far is working normally. I've even added more active news and sports widgets to my home screens and they keep pumping info and are not locking up like they did with ICS. If this continues to be the trend I will remain extremely happy with Jelly Bean.

No problems with it here. So, where's the disaster?
