    Suddenly all went well...

Strange question maybe, but is my one year old TF101 (hcs) a buggy machine or an impredictable living creature? The question keeps me busy the last few weeks while working daily with my well behaving machine. Before that my Eeepad was bothering me every now and then with spontaneous reboots, failing apps, invisibe keyboards and apps that turn into white screens. It also went down while waking up by opening and lifting the tablet from the dock. Turning the machine on sometimes resulted in a not-docked situation.
Now, all of a sudden all these inconveniences have disappeared completely leaving me with a perfect working TF101. Mind you, this without a hard or factory reset or a wipe.

This pleasant situation lasts for almost two weeks now and I can only hope that it will last forever. Fingers crossed!

    This doesn't surprise me telerun...

As unscientific as it is, I have noticed that after any firmware update, my tf gets temperamental even after a cold boot. But after a couple of reboots & a week or so, it just settles down again & is back to a stable condition.

Tf101 - always stock - never rooted - always updated OTA

would you mind if I ask you to right your firmware number,
it's in Setting-->About tablet-->Android version] it won't change anything on your device.
    thanks.

Now that you mention it: I remember that I got rid of two utility apps: battery spy and cpu spy.
If these two UNinstalls (or one of them) had any influence on my comforable situation is possible but doubtful in my mind.
