    Detection, would you explain the difference between the 2 links that you have listed. I believe the top 1 is for regular users and the bottom link would be for users whom have rooter their devices. Is this correct?
    Current Devices:
    Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition - Dell Venue 11 Pro Bay Trail (On Order) - LG Optimus G Pro

    Top link is for people who are still on a previous stock firmware and can not get the update the normal OTA way (No special requirements other than a MicroSD Card)

    Bottom link is for people with B6O or earlier models with the unlocked bootloader which can use NVFLASH for a 100% clean install

    Top = Upgrade

    Bottom = Clean install

    Yes, that's correct. Use [GUIDE] How to flash Official Firmware downloaded from ASUS site to update your device, ensuring you download the correct firmware for your device from the Asus website.

    You will be better off posting here. That way you can get advice from many, not just one.
    The only hints I can give you are these...
    Only unzip the download once
    You may need to update in stages, going through the firmwares
    Try about tablet, check for firmware updates each time - you may restart the OTA process

    Good luck - why Asus left you on 3.0 I'm not sure

    That build no is not correct. I suspect that your service centre didn't finish the job correctly & have left you with a testing firmware. That's not right & I would complain, personally...
