    ICS broke camera?

I just received my TP today in the mail ... Did my 8 hour plugin ... Turned it, on updated everything ... Realized i updated the firmware to ICS .. CRAP... I was gonna wait for all the guinea pigs on here ... Then i got a notifcation about fireware update for the camera .. did that ... and now the camera doesn't work ... Anything like this happen to the others who updated?

Oh Ice Cream Sandwich, you are delicious but sooo not ready ...

    Welcome to the forum

I suggest another, The TF did one after the first update), hard reset. Then check again for updates if it still doesn't work. The reset instructions are in my signature links.

I am not totally sure, however I was in the same boat as you, just received my prime today, the system autoupdated and then autoupdated again, all the while there was a camera update. I never did the camera update, and mine works just fine. Is it possible that the camera update you did was for HC and that overrode the camera on ICS?

Just tossing one possibility out there.

A hard reset will only cause you to lose 1 or 2 settings that you may not even have set in the first place so I'm not certain what your concern is. Hard reset on mine mostly sets the screen timeout back to 1 min.

Still having a problem with figuring out what your camera version is, mixed up with all the other posts. I'm assuming this is what your concern is.
