Umhhh - read the title or the first few sentences???

There is a feature of ICS & JellyBean that allows full system backups via ADB. You will need to have your android device unlocked to perform this. If you do not have your PIN/Password/Pattern, it will not work.

This has been tested on both rooted and unrooted TF101 tablets and will work for unrooted tablets.

Proceed with caution. This thread is 5 years old, many of the links probably won't work and the linked software may be outdated. But the method is sound.
