Normal for the screen to use most of it. All the percentages tell you is the percent of battery used that the app used. If you are down to say 90% and screen used 90% that would mean that the screen used 9% of the battery for the time you had the unit turned on and off of charge. The LCD screen and backlight need a lot of energy to work. As for the other apps, they will be on there because the tablet has them running in the background probably. Pretty normal for android to fill up it's RAM, it is very efficient in the way it deals with programs, it loads as much into RAM as it can so they open quickly. Setting the apps to not update automatically just means that over time, if you don't update them manually, they will become obsolete.

That depends, is it connected to a dock first of all. Second, how much of that 6 hours did you actually have the screen on? If you were using it for most of that 6 hours and don't have a dock, that is probably pretty accurate.

No dock and it was on maybe 3 hours if even that.

Mine took about a week of usage for the battery to settle in, and still does so after flashing new ROM's. I started out having to charge daily, once I get a week or so of usage, it gets to where I charge every other day or so. Plus I'm sure that screen uses a lot more battery than my tf101 does. Touch the graph on the battery screen then take a screenshot, I'm curious what it looks like.

Whats up with the two Bug Villages running in your notifications area??
check your settings>apps>running - see what kind of critters you have running.
also settings>data usage - may display something had been downloading to your Transformer that you don't want.
