    Power Supply Compatibilities

I currently own a TF700T. I'm considering purchase of a second one for a dedicated purpose. My question is:

Since I only want a second tablet for a single dedicated function, I may consider a cheaper TF300 or 200 model instead of purchasing another TF700. If I do so, will the power supplies I have all over my house for the TF700T be compatible with a "lesser" model?

If Transformer chargers are not all compatible with one another, which other tablets will the TF700T power supply also work with?

    Thank you.

    Hi.

I am quite certain that all the Transformers using the Android OS use a very similar charger that will work exactly the same with the TF101,TF201,TF300,TF700,TF701. If I'm incorrect someone will no doubt post here. I am referring to the stock Asus chargers. We have a Battery thread that does discuss chargers as well. It's linked below.

    I agree with Swipe

But to be certain, physically check the a/c adapter for any device you buy. The TF700 adapter is universal voltage 110v-250v input and 5v-15v output.

I will be traveling to a country that uses 220v, 50-60Hz power. I have a travel converter but wondered if my TF201 is capable of converting without it. Would appreciate advice about what to use for recharging.

    Hi MusicGirl,
the answer is right above your post
All you need is an adapter for the outlets. The charger works fine with 220V
    Safe travels

Thanks, droidbound. Did not know if that applied to the TF201. Appreciate the help.
