In regards to the iPad... I agree, the size might be a little better, but having owned so much Apple stuff, Im ready to move away from this limited ecosystem. The widgets seem like they might be useful.

After looking at everything I think it is the RAM that limited the pdf loading speed -- which is the same for all the tablets. Then we look at the screen resolution -- Im not sure paying extra for the retina display (or near retina) on the Infinity/iPad would be worth it. Ive read some stuff on the Prime I got it is seems fine.

** and it looks like the largest pdf size Ill be using REGULARLY is only 130mb.

Im thinking Ill just save a few bucks and go with the tf300t --- after all ... this will all be outdated next year!

One more question --- EzPDF is great --- but how can I get my pdf to invert the colors -- so it is white text on black paper? Night mode doesnt do it...
There is some color settings for nightmode

after picking text white and background black

Dont know if this is it

Thank you --- though the night mode does work fine for pdfs generates from word or similar --- it does not seem to work for pdfs of scanned documents.

I had problems reading large (80 MB) pdf on TF101 but when I installed adobe reader I had no more problems. My file loaded quickly and was moving smoothly. I've never been opening big pdf on Prime but considering it's much faster it should work. Besides Infinity is same price that I paid for Prime. I would take Infinity.

And I can see why. The scans are all treated as images, rather than embedded text.
No viewer is going to be able to invert images...

    Thank you ---

But is there a way to do an inversion of colors at the OS level? That should work no?

@Amke -- it seems more like a RAM (and perhaps an App) issue than a CPU issue, so even though the Infinity is higher on CPU, the RAM is still the same. Also, with more pixels on the Infinity the RAM might be even more used up --- Im leaning back to tf300t with ezPDF.... :/

hmm!?? the only way i can think of is to extract images from your pdf via a software and then a simple Paint can invert its colors. but it takes lots of time! I do not know if there is any dedicated software to do the trick...
    Currently my favorite game: Robotek

I really want to learn a programming language, what I have to do?!!!
