Issue repairing ASUS ZenPad Z10 screen
I recently replaced the screen on my ASUS ZenPad Z10 screen and have ran into some issues. After removing the screen and putting the new screen on, the screen isn't working. This isn't that surprising since I bought it on ebay and the condition the screen was delivered in made me question if it would work from the beginning. My concern however is that I am unable to detect the tablet on my pc. I would assume even with a bad screen, my computer would still detect the tablet. So now I'm concerned that I may have damaged something even further while trying to replace the screen.
Can anyone confirm that a bad screen can have this effect, or is it likely that I have a deeper problem? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
