Problem with date and time staying updated

Has anyone else had the problem of their date and time not staying updated? I have it on set automatically but it always has the wrong date and time. If I manually change it, it keeps changing. Any help on this would be appreciated.

    Welcome to the forum

I would take it off automatic. Is the time off by a set number of hours? Is it off by 1 day? It could be a time zone setting or where your WiFi is picking up the external information regarding location.

Did you set it to the correct time and it changed, even after you took it off auto?

The time did change after I took it off automatic but now today it is back to being correct. I guess I will wait and see what happens tomorrow.

    Thanks.

The time and date are wrong again. It says 5:22 Friday and it is 8:45 on Wednesday. I don't get it.

Geesh that is a problem because Google doesn't work well if your time and date are wrong. You may want to save any important data and factory reset.
