    Angry Too Much problems for Asus VivoTab RT

    I`m using the Asus VivoTab RT for more then 5-6 months, and already been to the service center about 3 times. Got 2 times the screens replaced because of the ghost touch. About 2 weeks back the camera flash stopped working. And today the physical keyboard is not functioning proper, some keys don't work. Its given me too much of problems for a tablet , can I get it replaced or better get refund of the product.

    Hey Julesbgoes,

    The phantom touch issue has been a grueling experience for us all. However, we finally have a permanent fix, so I don't think you will be sending in the tablet anymore for that issue if your last RMA was fairly recent. As for the flash, there should be an update released soon to address that. It's come through automatically via the Windows updater, and it should be able to fix the flash on both the Asus Camera app and the regular Microsoft one.

    I know this is probably the last thing you want to hear, but I the only thing we can do about the dock is have it sent in for service. The only place that can get you a refund or exchange would be the original reseller.

    Other Asus VivoTab RT , wat ull think will ur asus last after a year ???
    I think they should replace it with other model .

    My touch screen frightening me sometimes.Sometimes dock doesnt work properly.But now there is a black screen with some boot letters than restarting forever.....There is a topic for this problem but nobody solved that ?????

    I really need to know what this permanent fix is, as I'm still struggling with these ghost touches.
    And: is this fix available when the warranty is over?
