daughter board was changed to improve glare and audio issues.. The invoice says an audio part was changed.. Now I am confused. Please see

I just got the transformer tablet back. You said a daughter board was replaced to improve glare and lispy audio issue. The paperwork says 'New Part No Desc" -- TF101(EP101) DOCK AUDIO_BD./AS [90R-OK06AU10000Y] So, it looks like an audio part was replaced, not a daughter board?
To be honest, the lispy audio issue is still there..
Questions:
1.) How would an audio part replacement improve the Glare as you stated below in this ticket?
2.) In addition, my antiglare-antifingerprint screen protector was removed, why was it removed and not replaced?
3. ) The system settings show a different serial number than what I have on all of my paper work, why would this be? Is it a different tablet?
4.) The Glare is NO different
5.) The audio problems are NO different.

If the serial number is different it must be a different unit. I would discuss this with a Supervisor.
