    com.asus.server.snm error on new tf103

    Just bought a tf103c and very so offen keep getting error message saying com.asus.server.snm has stopped . can anyone help me fix this thanks
    just had update other day so as far as i know its got latest update .

    Welcome to the forum

    Whenever you get a firmware update, there is a recommended optimal update procedure we recommend. It is in a guide thread in the Master Help Guide (linked in my signature, below). Have a read through that & follow the advice.

    It is a bit late now, I know, but the other things you can do are...
    1. Find that particular app (if it is an app) in settings...apps...all and clear cache, clear data, force close & then power off and on again.
    2. If you still have the issue, then follow our "how to Factory Reset" guide, again linked in the Master Help Guide and that should clear it. Please read the guide first before asking any questions on the process.

    Thanks ive looked for it in settings , dont think its a app , tried see if there is a update and there was so updated it and now trying it see if its fixed thanks for your help

    After a bit more use error still coming up anyone got any advice ? thanks for last reply tried looking on help page but cant see 103 advice.

    The Factory Reset Guide definitely covers the TF103c. You could also try clearing the cache, data & force closing DMclient & CMclient apps if you have them.

    You can also try clearing the system cache (see the sticky thread in this section).
