    Welcome to the forum.

This is done in the keyboard settings. Settings - Language & Input - Configure Input Method - (ASUS Keyboard) Settings - sound on keypress - tick the box.

Should be similar for other keyboards (if they support it). You cannot do vibration because the TF does not have a vibration mechanism. Some keyboard settings may call this Haptic Feedback.

It would be great if you could also alter the volume level of the keystrokes. I find it better to have the sound on, but it is too LOUD. I have tried all the volume settings I can find, { yes, including the volume key } but to no avail. Anyone know better, please? Frederuco?

I do not have my TF handy, but when you adjust the volume it pops up on screen. Tap the 3 sliders on the right hand side and now you will see 3 volume controls. The keypress is part of notifications I believe. Try changing the middle slider to the left and see if this helps. Some notification sounds (like the camera) are on or off and the volume level of the notifications does not affect it. If this does not work, then I got nothin.

    Hi,

I just tried that, but no, it had no effect.

I had already tried the adjustment from within the settings menu, but hoped that, for some reason, the method via the volume buttons might have been different, but its not.

I hope your reputation as a "miracle worker" will not be damaged!
